Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh is joint replacement, sports injury and Trauma surgeons in Jaipur, India. He can perform computer navigated and conventional joint replacement surgeries. He has successfully performed over 5000 joint replacements both in the UK and in India. He is also highly proficient in sports injuries, arthroscopic and trauma surgeries.
Medical Qualification
He graduated from MLN Medical College Allahabad in 1999. He completed is postgraduate Orthopaedic training from SN Medical College Agra in 2002.
Specialization and expertise
In 2003 he immigrated to the UK for higher surgical training and attained membership to the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in 2005. He completed his Orthopaedic training at various London hospitals including the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore and the Elective Orthopaedic Centre Epsom. During his training he worked with many renowned Orthopaedic surgeons gaining a
wealth of experience in various orthopaedic subspecialties. Dr Vinay Singh has huge interest in Sports injuries and he completed his
Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in 2011. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and obtained his FRCS (Orth) in 2013. In 2014 he was appointed Consultant in the NHS and worked there for 3 years before relocating to India.
Publications
He is extensively published in peer-reviewed journals and has carried out research in
key aspects of hip, knee and sports surgery. He has more than 40 international
publications in high index Pubmed journals including papers in the esteemed British
Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. He has also presented his work at renowned
international Orthopaedic conferences.
YouTube Channel
Prof. (Dr.) Vinay Kumar Singh is passionate about teaching. During his training he
felt that there was no online website showing detailed Orthopaedic surgical videos
which can help trainees and practicing Orthopaedic surgeons. Hence, he made a
YouTube channel dedicated to Orthopaedics which contains surgical videos and
examinations. He wishes to share his experience with orthopaedic surgeons and
patients through his channel so that surgeons can benefit from his experience.
