Live Webinars and Events: Refunds for live webinars and events are granted at the discretion of OrthoTV, and requests must be submitted before the scheduled start time of the webinar or event. Refunds may not be available for on-demand or recorded content. b. Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent you from accessing our services during a live event or webinar, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling the event or providing access to the recorded session. c. Unsatisfactory Experience: If you are unsatisfied with the content or quality of a paid service, please contact us with your concerns. We will review your feedback and consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. d. Non-refundable Services: Some services, such as online fellowship programs or customized offerings, may have specific refund policies outlined during the registration or purchase process.
