Want to be Featured on OrthoTV?
You can feature on OrthoTV by providing your academic videos or Video Techniques. Conference organisers can also contribute their conference videos and contribute to spread information about their event.
1. Who can contribute?
Individual surgeons with good academic videos or PowerPoint presentations can contribute. Conference, workshop or CME organisers can contribute videos of their events. All videos are to be submitted to admins to undergo peer review and technical formatting before being published.
2. How will contributing your content to OrthoTV Benefit You?
Individual surgeon - Most of us are excellent technical surgeons and have faced and overcome difficult situations. Sharing these surgical tips, PowerPoints etc in a video format will help our work get recognised by our peers. It will also help our colleagues to learn from our experiences in a very direct manner. The videos will also spark discussions which will help both the surgeons and the forum to learn and gain much more insight. Please send your full name, institute/hospital name and email ID with the video
Conference organisers - If you are a conference organiser, posting your videos in the forum will immediately attract attention of thousands of orthopaedic surgeons across the globe. This will increase number of delegates in your future courses and you can official partner with OrthoTV to market all your future conferences. OrthoTV can even help organisers take consent for posting their videos on OrthoTV. Please send full name of the conference, year, speaker’s name, topic name, organising chairman and secretary’s name. For a conference video, consent of the speaker is necessary, please write to us at our email orthotvonline@gmail.com / drashokshyam@gmail.com to receive the consent form
3. How to send content to the Admins?
Members can send any of their videos that they have from conference presentations or they can also send POWERPOINTS of their CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS or Surgical Technique Videos. We will peer review the content and if PowerPoint is accepted by reviewers we will convert it to video and post it in the forum. All kinds of conference presentations, educational PowerPoints and videos are accepted for publishing in OrthoTV. Due acknowledgment to the author will be given and author can start a discussion about his technique and get comments from other members
Members who wish to contribute can
• send a copy of their VIDEOS to me ON TELEGRAM or
• you can email to us on orthotvonline@gmail.com or
• Upload on you tube and send a video link
We want all videos to undergo a basic PEER REVIEW so that only GOOD QUALITY Videos are made available on OrthoTV
We are Happy to Announce that we have received videos of events of BOmbay Orthopaedic Society, Operative Nailing Course, Joints 2016 and have already have content from IOACON 2017, WIROC 2017, ROC 2018, PSC 2018, BOS-NAO 2018. We will urge more organisers to associate with OrthoTV and help enrich our fraternity
